John is an amazing realtor. He helped us buy our first house. He was always very responsive and really took the time to understand us and our needs. He understands the process of purchasing a house very well, answered our questions with a lot of patience and gave us lots of great advice from the point of view of a real estate agent as well as a homeowner. He was a huge help in the negotiation process. He made sure to keep our expectations realistic but also never let us feel stressed.
